OPERATIONAL CHANGES DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Following Governor Kate Brown’s stay-at-home order, an effort to delay the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), the Lane Regional Air Protection Agency has altered it's operations.
LRAPA employees who can work from home using telecommunication services do so. LRAPA continues to service our stakeholders and strive to minimize disruptions during this public health crisis.
LRAPA continues to operate, though our avenues of communication and standard workflow have been modified. Below are specific details:

The office is open to the public by appointment only. Please contact our Public Affairs Manager to request an appointment.
Staff will respond to emails and calls between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
Mail and other deliveries sent to our address continue to be received and processed.
Compliance & Enforcement
Compliance, inspections, and enforcement continue to be conducted. Some delay is possible due to modified workflows emphasizing work-at-home practices wherever possible. Enforcement staff follow CDC masks and social distancing guidelines.

Title V & ACDP Permitting
Questions and information regarding permitting can be emailed to email@example.com.
Permitting staff will continue to prioritize the processing of construction notices, permit modifications and new permit applications. Please contact us by email or phone if you expect delays in your submittals beyond any due dates because of the current health crisis.
