    Public encouraged to submit written comment or attend the January 11, 2018 hearing on proposed revisions to LRAPA's Title 44 and Title 46. A hearing on the proposed adoption and rulemaking will be held at 12:30 P.M. January 11, 2018, in the LRAPA Conference Room. The public is encouraged to comment on the proposed rule amendments. Comments submitted prior to the hearing date must be submitted in writing and must be received by LRAPA by Friday, January 5, 2018 at 5pm. Comments submitted at the hearing must be presented orally by the commenter. If LRAPA Board adopts this rulemaking, the plan and rules will be presented to the Environmental Quality Commission and submitted to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
