Calling all science teachers in Lane County!

Are you a teacher, school administrator, parent, or student in Lane County? Do you think your classroom would benefit from a fun science curriculum using personal air monitors and data collection? Do you wonder about air pollution in our airshed? 

The Lane Regional Air Protection Agency is partnering with AQ Treks to bring three weeks of air quality science to your class!

As part of our 50 year anniversary, LRAPA is offering three sponsorships through AQ Treks.

Applications have closed. Winners will be announced Monday, April 9th.

 Applications accepted from 3/19/2018 until  4/6/2018 5 PM. Selected schools will receive the Personal Air Monitors through AQ Treks from April 30, 2018 - May 21, 2018. Teachers can receivecurriculum planninghelp from AQ Treks and LRAPA. LRAPA will be available for classroom presentations and tours.

Only Lane County schools may apply. This curriculum is best suited for students grades 6-12 but the curriculum could be tailored for younger students.
