Budget Committee. The LRAPA Budget Committee consists of 18 members, the nine members of the LRAPA Board of Directors plus nine other members of the community. Budget committee members are recruited individually by board members who nominate them for appointment by the Board. Budget committee members are appointed to 3-year terms and can be reappointed to subsequent terms. Budget committee members are only required to attend the March and April meetings.

Budget meetings start in March with discussion. Second meeting in April for approval of the budget. Third meeting in May for public hearing and adoption.

Board of Directors
LRAPA is governed by a 9-member Board of Directors who represent the diverse interests of their respective locality. Board members are appointed by their corresponding city councils and the Lane County Board of Commissioners. Board seats are divided based upon population size. The Board meets monthly, usually at 12:15pm on the second Thursday of each month. Most years no meetings are scheduled in August and December.
